Just to have someone to hold me,
His heart touching mine.
Someone who would smile at me,
Eye to eye with that look so fine.
Someone to get lost in time with;
Compatibility divine.
That is what I'm searching for.
The wait will be worth the time.
To know that someone cares for me
Would give me the strength to live.
And I know that I could treat him right,
I have so much love to give.
